Hey all you beautiful wild souls 😘 It’s been a wild ride lately. We find ourselves less online these days as it can be a little overwhelming with what’s happening in the world, but we still love being here and connecting with you all, even if we don’t post as regularly as we use to 🙈❤️ we’ve had a lot on our agenda lately, we had to get approval to fly home to Perth from Darwin (the same country and we had to wait weeks for approval!) after unexpectedly spending 3 months in NT 🤯🙈 finally got approved and flew home on Monday. Flying during this time is strange. 😷 We all had to put masks on at arrival, had our temperature checked and asked if we had been overseas or sick recently. Then onto what was equivalent of customs check to get the final clearance through and be told to isolate for 14 days. It’s currently day 3 of our iso, we are sorting stuff & keeping busy 🤪🙈 So it’s official guys- we are no longer nomads!! After 3 years of living out of a suitcase, this years plans went out the window (as I’m sure it did for everyone else 🤣) and we had to end our little travelling adventure a little earlier than anticipated. Despite this crazy year, we are feeling lucky and excited to start this new chapter. 🥳 We missed routine, having our own bed, our home town of Perth, feeling grounded, having a place for our stuff, a place to call home & of course our friends & family. Although we will miss catching up with our global friends, let’s hope we can travel again one day soon! ✈️🌏 If you made it this far, thanks for reading about our journey. HIKING ADVENTURE 🥳 we finally left the house to go hiking through Litchfield National Park up along Walker Creek. We were so excited to put on our fave hiking shoes and get amongst Mother Nature 🦎🦋 Had a swim, saw some beautiful butterflies & got attacked by mosquitos 🙈🦟 have you been getting out in nature where you are or are you still in lockdown? ❤️

GRATEFUL🌟 no matter what’s going on in the crazy world around us.. 🙏🏼💓 Taking on the worlds problems only brings us down and creates problems in our reality that don’t even exist.. We feel the weight and heaviness on us but yet when we look around us in our immediate environment, do these problems exist for us personally? 🧐Generally no, so it’s better for us to focus on our actual situation and what can be done to feel content and happy right now in this moment. When you feel yourself start to stress about worldly problems, stop and ask yourself- is there something I can do about this right now? 😇Does this affect me right now? You’ll find more often than not the answer is no, and therefore in that moment you can shift your focus to your current environment and breathe and feel present and know that you don’t need to stress about what you were thinking about. 💜 If there’s something you can do about it, take action or take a note to take action when you can. That way it leaves your mind clear to enjoy yourself and not stress for no reason 🥰🙏🏼 We find making time every day to do something you enjoy is critical to living a happy healthy life. Our latest hobby is rollerblading 🙌🏼 what’s your fave hobby?

2020.. it’s already May guys😯 what a wild ride it’s been 🙏🏼 a time of reflection, slowing down of life, going inward & truly grounding in all aspects of the word. While our plans this year have been flipped and washed away, we are ever so grateful for all that we have and for all that will come. Josh and I are excited for this next chapter in our lives with less travelling as we have been nomads for officially 3 years this month! It’s been incredible and we feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity to live our dreams and see the world. 🌏 We will be heading home to Perth soon however we still aren’t allowed to get there with border closures, but as soon as we can we will be making our way there and staying put for a while 🥰🙏🏼 what is everyone’s plans this year? Has a lot changed for you? 💜

Hey 🙌🏼 in case no one has told you, you have every right to feel the way you do. How often do we get told or got told growing up to “stop crying!” or were punished for being angry, sent to our room, or even told we were “over reacting”.. what if I told you that no one actually over reacts? They simply have a strong reaction to something because it reminds them of a childhood trauma in which they felt immense pain. Setting ourselves free is finding the root cause of our pain, being allowed to feel the way we feel and be validated by our friends, family and partners for our feelings. Let’s accept each other as we are, we are free to feel, we must feel it is the essence of our being!! Let’s allow ourselves to feel all emotions- good & “bad” and stop suppressing them or pushing them away. Only then we will feel whole. Connected. And truly HAPPY! My daily routine to ensure I’m balanced & feeling good every day:
🌟I do a homemade face mask every 4-5 days so my skin feels soft & smooth
🌟Daily meditation leaves me feeling balanced and clear
🌟Yoga practice to get my body moving especially when we end up sitting down all day!
🌟Read a book/learn something new every day
🌟I do oil pulling 3-4 times a week to keep my mouth healthy and teeth white 🙌🏼
🌟I use a face roller 3-4 times a week which helps tighten the muscles on your face and leaves you feeling youthful! (Gotta think of this things as you get older 😂)
🌟Daily smoothie & juice to keep my body feeling nourished
🌟Chat with friends to keep spirits high and check in on them to make sure they’re doing ok 🥰
